A new Federal Court House of approximately 118,000 gross square feet, plus associated service and circulation spaces. The United States Courts, United States District Court Clerks, United States Probation, United States Pretrial Services, United States Marshals Service, United States Attorney, and the local offices of the United States Senators, 1st Congressional District Representative, and General Services Administration Building Manager will occupy the facility.

The space includes two (2) District Courtrooms, two (2) Magistrate Courtrooms and their associated supporting spaces, such as judge’s chambers (including one (1) visiting Bankruptcy Chambers), jury deliberation facilities, jury assembly, and grand jury suites, holding cells, etc. Office space will be provided for the other tenants.

The project includes approximately (28) interior secure parking spaces and (80) exterior parking spaces. Best Management Practices include a green roof system, several bioretention basins and native grasses. Achieved a LEED gold rating.
